Prem Ji (Jhunjhunu) built the School Meal Calculator app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Prem Ji at no cost and is intended for use as is.
To provide a better experience while using our Service, the app requires certain information (such as School Name, Bank Details, CCH Names, Expense/Ledger records, and Voucher Data). We do not collect, store, or upload any of this personal data to our servers. All user-entered data is saved securely and strictly locally on your device (using SharedPreferences).
We use third-party advertising companies (such as Google AdMob) to serve ads when you visit our app. These companies may collect and use your device's Advertising ID, network status, and cookies to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. These third-party services have their own Privacy Policies.

We value your trust in providing us with your data. Since all sensitive data (like bank accounts and names) is stored locally on your device, it remains as secure as your device itself. We recommend keeping your device locked to prevent unauthorized access to your generated PDFs.
Our app includes a WhatsApp Chat Support button to assist you with queries. Clicking this button redirects you to the WhatsApp application, which is a third-party service governed by its own Privacy Policy. Please note that by sending a message through this feature, your phone number and WhatsApp profile name will be visible to our support team. We will use this information strictly to resolve your query.
Our app contains links to external government websites and portals (such as the RajSims portal) for your convenience. Clicking these links will redirect you to the respective official website in your device's default web browser (e.g., Chrome). Please note that our app only provides a direct link. We do not collect, read, store, or have access to your SSO (Single Sign-On) ID, passwords, or any login credentials. All authentication happens securely on the official government portal. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
We do not store your data on our servers. However, if you have contacted us via WhatsApp Support and wish to have your chat history and phone number permanently deleted from our support records, you can request this at any time by messaging us "Delete My Data" on WhatsApp or by emailing us. We will process your deletion request promptly and securely.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
